I started Build Your Own Magic Vacations because I kept hearing the same thing from friends:
“We'd love to take the kids to Disney, but we don't even know where to start!”
They could see the magic waiting for their families, but the planning felt so daunting. Plus, they worried that even if they went, they'd spend the whole trip managing logistics and second-guessing their choices instead of truly enjoying it.
That broke my heart because Disney shouldn't feel like something you postpone or push through! It's a chance to slow down, be present together, and experience genuine magic as a family.

As your concierge planner, I learn how you like to spend your time (Would you rather sleep in and stay late, or hit the parks at rope drop? Do you need built-in breaks, or are you go-go-go?), and I build an itinerary around your family, taking ALL of the details into account!
This means no racing from attraction to attraction just to check things off, and no wondering if you're missing something better or doing it "right." Instead, you're fully present, laughing, connecting, and creating memories you'll treasure forever!

My warm, approachable service means you always feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. I want to hear about your kiddo’s Ariel obsession and fear of loud noises because those details DO matter when we're planning your trip.
Quality Over Volume
My concierge fee lets me focus on you, not on racing to book my hundredth client this month. I’m not incentivized to push certain packages or resorts, and my only goal is to design a vacation that's right for your family.

As a type A planner, it was so nice to be able to let go of the reins and let Chrissy work her magic! We had a list of must-haves, and she delivered every single one. I asked her about some special things we could do outside of the normal park and resort time, and Chrissy had great suggestions, including the fireworks dessert party and the animation class at Animal Kingdom. This was a special trip with my oldest daughter. We were able to get everything done we wanted to do together, including seeing Fantasmic for the first time and getting pixie-dusted in Tomorrowland! Chrissy takes your ideas of what you want to do and transforms them into the perfect itinerary. It never feels overwhelming, but she makes herself available just in case.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort! Walking into Epcot feels like I’m breaking the rules, and there is no better resort pool than Stormalong Bay.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. My park day is complete if we get the song “September!”

Festival of the Lion King -tumbling monkeys and a fire breather…yes please!

Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom! A table on the veranda transports you out of the theme park you’re in.

Satu’li Canteen, because the noodle bowls rival some sit-down restaurant items for sure!

Topolino’s…and don’t ask me to choose between the Character Breakfast and signature dinner experience!
